SMS Text Messaging Terms
This section covers our text message program in full.
Program description. We send text messages related to pest control service: appointment confirmations, technician arrival windows, service reminders, quote follow-ups, and replies to questions you send us.
How you opt in. You join by checking the SMS consent box on one of our website forms, by texting us first, or by giving verbal consent to a member of our team during a call. The consent box is unchecked by default and you must check it yourself. Consent is not a condition of purchase — you can book any service without agreeing to receive texts.
Message frequency. Frequency varies. Most customers receive between 2 and 6 messages per month, depending on service schedule and active conversations.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your plan with your wireless carrier, not on us.
How to opt out. Reply STOP to any message at any time. We send one confirmation and then stop messaging that number. You may also opt out by calling [CONFIRM: primary phone] or emailing [CONFIRM: business email].

Service Terms
Estimates and quotes. Quotes given by phone, email, or web form are preliminary. Final pricing is confirmed after an on-site inspection, since square footage, infestation severity, and structural access all affect scope.
Scheduling and access. You are responsible for providing safe access to the treatment areas at the scheduled time, including crawl spaces, attics, garages, and side yards. If our technician cannot access the property, we will reschedule.
Preparation. Certain treatments require preparation before we arrive, such as clearing surfaces or arranging pet relocation. We provide written instructions in advance. Treatment results depend on these steps being completed.
Cancellation. Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Contact us by phone or email and we will find a new time that works for you.
Our guarantee. If covered pests return within the guarantee period of your plan, we return and re-treat at no additional cost. The guarantee applies to the specific pests and areas named in your service agreement.
Limitations. Our guarantee does not cover new infestations caused by structural damage, untreated adjacent properties, or conditions outside the agreed scope. Wood-destroying organism reports follow California Structural Pest Control Board requirements and are separate from routine service.
Payment Terms
